• Erin McCarthy will also not be returning next year as the GA of Greek Life
• Greek give week went well, estimated that we got 400 soccer balls to be sent to Africa; All Greek Give Week events went well; Thank you all very much.

o Thank you all for dressing in pin attire
o University will be stepping in from now on when police are called on incidences of bad behavior on and off campus; University Judicial boards will be convened in this event
o Grievances can be filed with Dan for violations of the IFC constitution
o Greek Village grievances can be filed through Residence Life for any incidences in the Village
o Congrats to Pi Kappa Phi for winning Songfest
o Next meeting will be a discussion of recruitment for fall

• Greek Give Week: April 13-15; keep raising soccer balls; Monday- 2 -3 members required to attend each meal; Tuesday- 50% attendance; Wednesday- 2-3 members to help with boys and girls club at the rec. Soccer balls can be taken to office of Greek life or village office.
• April 20th- new members meeting for village council; asking for one rep from each house to come. This helps everyone in and out of the say in the village. Names due by April 8th for contact information; village council meets every Monday 9pm.

o Late dues amendment- Any chapter that has not paid their IFC dues by the due date, will be charged a $50 fine if the full payment is one day late. A $25 fine will be charged to the chapter for each additional day that the payment is late. Any late payments will result in the loss of Dean Parks points
o Absence of representatives- Chapters not present with two representatives including one major and one minor (major being one of the top eight positions in the fraternity submitted to the Office of Greek Life) will be penalized as follows
• 1st Absence: $25 fine
• 2nd Absence: $50 fine
• 3rd Absence: Chapter must go before IFC Exec
